We were contacted by Mark Burgess of Sussex Clubs for Young People about putting on a Parkour/Free-Running demonstration for them at Newhaven Fort.
UA's three founder members Brett, Michael and Matteo were happy to help. So they got in touch with friends along the coast - Team Agility - to help them put something together for Mark.
Urban Dayz had been set up to give kids a chance to try out different activities. There was everything from Cage Football and Plate Spinning to Graffiti Art and Rapping.
Having PK/FR included was a first for the SCYP and they were really pleased it went so well. The boys did demos throughout the day. It was very tiring, but worth it as everyone seemed to really enjoy it. A big thanks to Team Agility
