Pasted....

"Apparently, this is what Brad Wendes said, i seem to believe it I dont know what everyone else thinks, just thought you all might want to know..

Over the past 3 years there’s been a lot of heated discussion about Andrew Smith, Jetred Media and Worldwide Jam. Most of it has been negative but there have always been those in support of him and what his ‘company’ represented. Until recently I was one of those people, so to everyone I corrected when they spoke badly of Andrew or of Worldwide Jam, I apologise unreservedly.

In my opinion, and in my experience dealing with him, Andrew Smith is nothing but a poorly organised man with no concern for anything but his own bank balance. Firstly, the Worldwide Jam magazine remains unreleased and those who paid subscription fees, are still without a mag and will never see their money returned. In addition to all the subscribers still being owed their money, Andrew Smith and Worldwide Jam still owes a considerable amount of money to myself and all the other members of his ‘Street Team’. To date, he hasn’t once paid a performer or coach on time or in full. In November of 2007 Andrew Smith disappeared off the radar completely and did not reappear until March of 2008. All athletes that had outstanding money owed to them at the time of his disappearance still haven’t been paid a penny!

By his own admission, all of that money has been spent and no longer exists. No apology or offer of repayment has ever been offered. Repeated emails were sent and phone calls were made to his mobile and home number and upon finally getting through, he’s been nothing short of being out of control and has even threatened to “rip my f**king throat out”. It is clearly apparent that he simply can’t face up to the fact that money is owed to a lot of people and that there is no likely solution. The website itself is just setup as a honey trap hoping to lure in sponsors and commercial work.

So after much thought, we have all reached breaking point and are in complete agreement that legal action must and will be taken. As of now, we’re all stepping down from the ‘Street Team’ and are breaking all connection with him and his company.

The point of this open letter is simply to perform our civil duty to inform the Parkour /Freerunning community as a whole, that Andrew Smith and Worldwide Jam are nothing more than a dishonest con. From now on I would like to advise people not to work for Worldwide Jam, not purchase merchandise from Worldwide Jam, and not to attend workshops by Worldwide Jam. Don’t even visit the site. Regardless of how profitable the empty promises may appear, you will just get burned."

Peace and respect.
